    yes its a good thing as the more shares issued by Clough for staff incentives essentially dilutes everyone else's shareholding as supply goes up.

    However, the buy back is only 1.6M shares so not a big percentage of the total available ~770M

    If they decide to buy back 10% of the total available, well that would be very BIG news.
