I can do better than than. I can quote from it:

"For some time the Company’s share price has traded well below the Company’s net cash backing per share."

This is because investors are not impressed with what they have done with their cash so far, and using part of what little remains to try and bolster the SP will not IMO do much to improve investor confidence.

If they don't believe in their own ability as explorers to spend the money effectively on exploration, they should wind the company up and let the money go to a team who believe in themselves.
