They probably have seen the flood of disputes roll in and may think they wont get it across the line so buy as many as possible now and deal with the rest later.

Don't know why anyone would sell out now unless they need the xmas money and cant wait for the extra 1c, but it could be a bit more if they don't get this across the line.
