Yea that's what I was thinking, but if they do sell out it may help us with our 10% limit for objection as any shares bought wouldn't count as a vote and it would shrink the total pool thus shrinking our 10% limit.

I doubt they will see much volume unless they sell shares to themselves to try and fluff the volume.
