    No I did not buy any shares in DOW. I have an investing philosophy that says there's no good price that can be paid for a bad business.

    I have a particular aversion to this sort of "bathtub-that-requires-faucet-to-be-always-open-because-bath-plug-is-always-out" contracting business.

    But I don't claim to have a monopoly on getting things right, so let me ask you: on what basis does DOW strike you as "remarkably cheap"?
