Good chart and NPAT confirmation recently of 190m. At $3.55 that's a PE of 8. Chuck in buyback, massive govt rail contracts, confidence from management, high divs and finally shaking off some dud contracts... it should see confidence return to DOW. Bought some these past 2 days. As I'm sure some posters will remind us, all contracting firms carry a degree of risk. It was management's confidence a few days ago that tipped balance for me.
