I am struggling to understand how this works but this buy back is not the norm... it has to do with the employee share plan.
Speaking of liquidity, I would love it if these owners would put more of their shares on the market... but they will not do that with the price now being depressed from its highs.. I honestly think with 35mil in the bank and a market cap of 500mil and revenue of around 55mil and i reckon could easily be EBIT postive if they truned off the tap on some expenses (eg. admin, marketing) and therefore a takeover offer could be made...
