Thought I'll clarify a little on the buy back, trivial issue anyway but long term investors have been following this closely.
Buy back was actioned by Merchant Group, DCC basically did a placement for Zhenya's share @ 5 cents back when DCC was trading at about 7 cents. So Zhenya was basically getting 3 cents per his 1 share when it was trading at 7 cents. Merchant bought the shares at the then discount @ 5 cents.
It's all irrelevant since right now looks like the share price is being manipulated and capped at 5 cents.
Now Zhenya's share is off the registers, this means that there isn't anything legally linking Zhenya's holding to us and Leigh can go on to finalize more deals.
