    I think this stock is showing signs of a good long-term hold, particularly for anyone interested in picking up a decent dividend yield. Just for the dividends alone, I think it's underpriced.
    Obviously time will tell though, and we'll see what the earnings report says when it's released. By the way, does anyone know if it's due to be released this month, or October like the last FY?
