As long as I have been invested in ITD (approx 2 years) they have had a planned buy back in place, which gives them the opportunity to buy back shares. These plans have expiry dates and need renewing whether any shares have been bought back or not.
These plans are usually for tens of millions of shares, however in my time they have only ever bought back a measly amount (approx 100k). In fact the register has been increasing not decreasing.
There is plenty of cash in the bank, so a real opportunity to buy back at the moment and I would like to see 10mill soaked up. But I won't hold my breath
