I am struggling to see the benefit of a share buy back at this point of time. Possibly after we become a income earning company from a purchased operation or farmin then maybe it would be appropriate. Why spend cash on a buy back prior to the purchase of a revenue +ve asset?
I smell a rat with this, maybe we are being lined up for a buy out / take over which is prevalent for small cap's at the moment. Had personnel experience with SMC, and QMN being privatised at the expense of long term holders. Hope I am WRONG!!!
