I’m having a bit of trouble agreeing with the suggestion that a devaluing stock value could ever be seen to be in the interests of existing shareholders. Nobody wins. My view is it destroys confidence in the board & management & inspires takeover attempts. This is likely in AOG case especially as the NTA is well above the current price. Maybe this is exactly what management is attempting to engineer.
We just never know until after it happens. The issue is, would Mulpha agree to a takeover?
Take a look at the AOG shorting. Short selling has jumped by 77% in the 5 trading days 14th of Sept. to the 21st of Sept. That’s from 6,076,167 to 10,771,386 units
When did that big dump occur? Well how about that, right in the middle on the 19th of Sept. Golly Gee
