let’s say your right and Thai government go kicking and screaming and draw out the process, we then would have a much higher SP as we would have the factual knowledge that we have a decision in our favor meaning mass money. If KCN management said we need a CR for a 6 month court battle, well you wouldn’t beat me to my wallet.
