Half the world's gold mine are "duds" under US$1200/oz and yet some also have market caps in the $Bs.
NE has had multiple parties look under the hood and is still seeing even further interest. The Board isn't going to let it go at rock bottom prices of $30M and given there is no longer a need for fire sale, I'm expecting it to be monetised at a substantial premium to the written down value.
