I have a gut feeling about NE ,they intend to buy back 10% of the shares listed .Maybe there is a joint venture in place in Chile.the joint venture might be an issue of shares for a cash investor to bank roll investment in a plant if we get the SP up then less shares to issue .There is more to this buy back.
