Even if they do purchase the entire 10% the necessary buffer is still there for any drawn out dog fight with the Thai Government. IMO this is increasingly unlikely, however, given recent developments in Thai recognising arbitration awards and the clear cut nature of the surrounding facts of the Chatree shut down.
The market also seems to continually ignore the fact that NE provides for an additional US$30-40M on worst case.
