Which part(s) don't you agree with:

"buy back at or around a 12 month high"? Their buyback announcement in August 2019 would have given them plenty of opportunity to buy at lower prices. I mean, sure, no one is expecting them to buy at corona-lows in March, but there have been enough shares sub-20c on offer over the past 12 months.

The recent bolt-on acquisition saw an issue of 1.5m shares. Don't get me wrong, it looks acquisitive (as their earlier ones have been) and I understand alignment with the vendor, but the net number of shares continue to go up even with a buyback around.

"excited about small increases on low volumes" / "Back to bottom draw"? Again, don't get me wrong - I'm happy to see green. But it is rather academic as I'm neither buying (I have a psychological issue with seeing much lower prices not too long ago) nor selling (still undervalued but I would say that as a holder and a value investor).

Reading your post, I agree with most of it except the first sentence. I'm not negative, just not excited.
