    Are you willing to pay 10 x 2017 prices ?

    My small parcel is not worth selling at the current price, fortunately, it was small to start with but it is now worth about 100th of what it was.

    I'm treating it as a relatively cheap ( not as expensive as it could have been ) investing lesson.
