    With 440m shares on issue, and a proposed 40m 10% buyback, probably no dividends on the horizon.
    More likely on the horizon is a continuation of performance & rights issues to executives, & the overall number of issued shares not moving too much, so no real improvement in individual share value for individual shareholders.
