Every day that the buy back is active, (ie, some shares have actually been bought back) the company must lodge and appendix 3E with asx at least 30min before daily trading begins, detailing the number or shares bought, price paid and highest and lowest paid for.
This actually excludes yesterday's buying as a company buy back.Long time NVA holders are use to this, we called him baby shark and would appear at 3.30pm each day and gobble the shares up into the close.
This was before before the re rate from 4c to 20c so here is hoping to history repeating.
