5MM is neither significant nor insignificant at 275 MC.... seems like investment advisors just want a nibble. I dunno why the board is saying, effectively, they would rather invest in their own stock than anything else with 5 MM, it's not a mature tech company with access to cheap debt, it's a speculative gold miner, plow it into the business, don't give it back. Just glad it's such a small amount.
