How is it a disadvantage?
I've seen dozens of Off - Market Buybacks & they are wrong.
dividends are meant to be non discrimatory in their payment
but Off Market Buybacks discriminate between investors based on their tax status.
so how can companies claim government policies are wrong & discrimatory, if they engage in inequitable activities themselves?
