The shorts have set their price below $3.20 as they did not close out in June. We are proceeding into an extended duration of slower sales. My belief is that if the price goes above $3.80 they will simple short more given the profit outlook. I really can't see any benefit in the buyback. HVN will have less liquidity while trying expand into more Malaysian stores in a soft market.
