I cannot understand this...
The company made a pre-tax loss of $1.2M and had a similar level of cash outflows from operating activities in FY19. Why on earth are they contemplating buy-backs?
Sure management may genuinely hold the view that the company's undervalued but surely there are more productive uses of capital at this stage in the businesses life-cycle.
Perhaps someone else can shed light?
