Yeah was way off the mark with my assessment...that's for sure. Anyway, looks like if you held a piddly/token holding (less than a $1,000) and were trying to game the SPP by applying for the full wack, your probably going to be very dissapointed - as the scale back will be pro-rated based on your existing holding. At least that what it appears like?
