I'd guess they'll take the sum of everyone's holdings who applied for the SPP. Your holdings/sum = % of SPP you're entitled to.
That's the only correct math in this thread, with a cap to the top ($30K) and cap to the bottom (no dilution, i.e. ~15% of holding), so there is currently no way to find out or even make a good guess as to who gets what (other than large holdings will get all they applied for) because the held number of shares if those who applied is unknown.
Patience is the key.
