Unless I have missed something, I find it very disappointing that there has been no statement from the board over the recent EGM shenanigans ?
The results looked really close in all cases and my fear is that because of this, along with KM's return, that the 'old' board of directors will start to walk ? I believe we were making real progress under the 'old' board and things were happening, with KM returning I just don't see harmony for either 'side'.
Opinions aside, surely shareholders should have had some kind of statement by now following the EGM !!!
