Notice it is not underwritten so what realistically is the chance of them all being taken up? unless wink wink , nudge nudge someone knows something us long suffering smaller shareholders do not ... surely not!!
Most consolidations end up with the share being discounted further after so will probably be able to pick them up (if you REALLY want too) for less than 10c post consolidation.
