    Looks to me like MVT want to use MMX for a backdoor listing for its own purposes, on the cheap. i doubt there will be any further capital returns, and they get to run the show with some of the cash intended for return to current holders.

    if they want to run they show they should pay out all available cash first and put in funds to continue operating the shell.
