Shows just how well you know the sector ....... QF makes bugger all profit from Int'l and so doesn't need it back up and running to make money . The big profit for QF has always been on domestic flights and with those ramping up again is pretty well placed to do extremely well . Anyone thinking Qantas won't be looking to take down T-rex in a price war is kidding themselves , QF has already forced T-rex out of some of their long time routes ...... T-rexs future is going to be interesting to see whether or not they survive the next 2 or 3 years .
