This should lend some natural support to SP.
The structure of an on-market buyback allows Silver Lake to take advantage of shareprice volatility through opportunistic share purchases during periods in which theshare price does not reflect the strong cashflow generation and robust outlook forthe business.
The on-market buyback program does not require shareholder approval and will beexecuted at Silver Lake’s discretion, through on-market purchases to occur fromtime to time throughout the approved period.
