I'm not sure of the rights or the contracts in full. All I know is that MMX has missed the deadline and no one is impressed.

Does the goverment have the right to give the rights to another party and all progress work be handed over to the next party with full financial re-imbursement?? I'm not sure, but this does not look good.

I like MMX, OP&R and want to buy and hold for the long term but this situation is a worry.

I believe MMX needs OP&R and I want to hear something positive from Colin Barnett regarding an approval of this extension. Without an extension, MMX SP is in trouble
