It is exactly like when a paper shuffler from either BHP, RIO,FMG etc join a speccy and the punters go mad with comments of takeover,massive, etc etc.
End of the day nothing ever happens, that is the true fact.
Wherever this new guy had worked previously means absolute jack to IAM and the share price.
That is the fact of speccy trading. NAB, COMM, Westpac etc, etc.
The market at 1.1c is telling you something, no need to be a genius to figure it out.
