    My point was to have a monthly increase to give them incentive to move a bit quicker.
    I think .032c US$ is more than a fair mid point ...value of a low 24c US$ at a takeover premium 1.33 ... is close enough to US$0.32 .
    Lets just wait and see how they try and scam the valuation first.
