I agree with other HC commentators in that right now, it would be pretty hard for CLZ to raise the capital. However, in 12 months time, all going well with drilling and feasibility studies etc, I would expect funding to be on the cards. 2017 is the year that CLZ shows the market that it can do this. BW, dont give up just yet!!

Re bills - IF i was a service provider (@ IM, theres a "guess who" question dealt with) I would consider taking equity as payment. The shares are undervalued. Maybe thats how everyone is getting paid! Regardless, theres the Dohertys cash...

Equity for payment can be ok in some circumstances, but the lack of liquidity in this stock and the Company's very long track record of printing scrip in lieu of cash (thus devaluing existing equity) will either make it a hard sell for service providers, or it will be issued at a massive premium.
