New CEO needs to continue clearing the decks and make his mark. This is now a turnaround. The “build it and they will come” strategy under Don was an unmitigated failure. Open stores where demand exists already. Get back to basics - transparent pricing, offer real value, increase sizes, improve quality, simplify menu.
