Well, in the same vein as the institutional placement it could be increased 25%, or another 2.5m. However, it does mention in the SPP offer that a scale back be made in terms of the size of the shareholding prior to SPP, at their complete discretion of course. It makes sense that someone with 20K in shares prior to the SPP might be pushing it by applying for max 15k. They'll scale back those kind of situations first I would think.
