2.5% discount to the 20.45 insto offer seems likely, so from my understanding the retail SPP with be at a price of 19.93 p/s. Don't think it will pull back as market seems to be valuing a good use of the cash and reduced debt. Lets hope there is some 'castle in the air' (valuing the opportunity over reality) thinking around the US pdl business in the future.
