I honestly thought SPP refunds were returned to applicants via cheque? Unfortunately this has been the practice last year when I participated in couple of SPP issues where Bpay was also the payment mechanism. There would be no incentive for companies to refund electronically as they can utilise fat balances in the money market while applicants sweat out mail delays and an additional 3 day cheque clearance. Although an automatic refund system would be a breath of fresh air, so one would hope you are right!
