Thanks Joe...From what I see it will be interesting in the case of both CCP and NCM which have SPP events simultaneously. Both are on a pro rata basis according to the respective offer documents. Applying for more than the dollar value of the original holding may be the greatest risk...Unless the scale back commences from a minimum number. If for example a holder commences with an odd parcel of a few shares surely they would not be denied a minimum parcel of lets say 100 shares..
