There is a lot to distil in today's announcement.
But in summary it all boils down to A2 and how they decide to vote on the loan. Everything else becomes irrelevant.
Current shareholders are now facing total obliteration of their shareholding. If A2 vote in favour and equity raise will see small shareholders take dilute to pennies in the pound.
