There is absolutely some brinkmanship going on behind the scenes.
A2M may be silent in terms of announcements on these issues, but the fact they are leaving Synlait hanging here speaks volumes in itself.
To be a fly on the wall during the A2M - Synlait arbitration. I can only imagine Synlait's representatives:
"We demand exclusive supply rights to manufacture all A2 Platinum products, oh, and by the way, could you please allow us to continue to exist?"
