I reckons something along the lines of A2Milk and Bright vote to have the loan approved on the condition that SM1 sells the Dunsandel to A2M or A2M sends/tries to send SM1 into liquidation, does a deal with the liquidator and Bright to buy out Dunsandel and Bright buys out the rest. Minority shareholders get cents on the dollar paid out.
