ALF ANNUAL REPORT
ALF's Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2013 is attached. A number of
figures in the audited Financial Statements set out in the Annual Report
materially differ from the previously released unaudited financial
statements. ALF refers to the Overview from the Chairman on Page 3 of the
Annual Report which highlights the key results from the audited Financial
Statements. In particular, the audited loss is $2.5m (unaudited loss of
$4.4m), and Parent shareholders funds are $1.1m (unaudited $2.4m). There are
also changes to the Statement of Cash Flows primarily from the fact that
property sale and loan proceeds were used to directly settle debt, and are
therefore not reflected in the audited version of the Statement of Cash
Flows.
