2012 ANNUAL REPORT DELAY
Allied Farmers Limited (ALF) was required to release its Annual Report for
the year ended 30 June 2012 within three months of its balance date. However,
ALF is awaiting the resolution of an outstanding matter in order that it can
finalise the audited 20 June 2012 Financial Statements that form part of the
Annual Report. It is expected that the matter will be resolved in the next
few days.
The Annual Report will then be released.
