ANNREP: ALF: Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2012
Allied Farmers Ltd has filed it's audited accounts with the stock exchange
today. The accounts were late as the auditors were waiting for a response to
a loan application to form a view on the going concern assumption. In the
event, the application was declined and the auditors considered they could
not form a view. The company is progressing with an alternative loan proposal
and will keep the market informed of the outcome.
The audited accounts filed today show the same net loss result as the
unaudited accounts filed on 30 August 2012, however, there have been some
reclassifications of various items.
