Great little company with little overhead costs operating efficiently in a market with tailwind.
Market is slowly waking up (Yesterdays close of $1.105 was another all time high), but share price is still just five cents above the value of their landbank (which was $1.05 per share at last reporting time).
Add to that rapidly increasing property prices and a huge shortage of developed sections ... the future looks bright:
