NOTIFICATION OF FILING OF 2012 ANNUAL REPORT
In accordance with the NZSX Listing Rules, please find attached the following
documentation for release to the market:
1. 2012 Annual Report; and
2. Section 209 Notice.
Chorus Limited's 2012 Annual Report is available to view or download at
www.chorus.co.nz/annual-report.
In accordance with the New Zealand Companies Act 1993 and NZSX Listing Rules,
Chorus is no longer required to automatically mail shareholders a hard copy
of the Annual Report. Shareholders may request a hard copy by responding to
the section 209 notice that will be mailed to them on or around 21 September
2012.
These documents will also be released to the Australian Securities Exchange.
