FISHER & PAYKEL HEALTHCARE RELEASES ANNUAL REPORT AND DIRECTOR ADVISES
INTENTION TO RETIRE
Auckland, New Zealand, 26 June 2015 - Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corporation
Limited (NZSX:FPH, ASX:FPH) has provided a copy of the following documents:
o Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2015;
o Annual Review for the year ended 31 March 2015;
o ASX Appendix 4G - Corporate Governance Statement; and
o Section 209 notice.
The 2015 Annual Report and Annual Review will be available online at
www.fphcare.com/2015annualreport and the Corporate Governance statement will
be available at www.fphcare.com/corporategovernance.
The company also announced today that independent director, Roger France, has
advised the Board of his intention to retire from the role in the coming
year.
Mr France, who has been a director of the company since February 2009, has
agreed to remain on the Board until a replacement director is appointed, and
will stand for re-election at the upcoming 2015 annual shareholders' meeting.
Chairman of Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, Tony Carter, commented: "Roger has
been a very valuable member of the Board, in addition to his role as chair of
the Audit and Risk Committee. Roger's financial expertise and commercial
acumen has been a significant contributing factor in the company's
outstanding growth and performance during his time on the Board.
"We have initiated a search process for a replacement director with
appropriate skills and experience, and appreciate Roger's commitment to the
company until an appointment is made."
Roger France holds a number of other directorships, including Air New Zealand
Limited and Orion Health Group Limited, and is a trustee of the University of
Auckland Foundation and the Dilworth Trust Board.
