FY2014 ANNUAL REPORT - GENDER DIVERSITY REPORTING

Nuplex advises that the table on page 36 of the FY2014 Annual Report
(Diversity Report) showing the composition of Directors and Officers, by
gender, at 30 June 2014 has been amended.

The revised table corrects the figures in respect of the number of Management
(Officers) shown in the second line of the table.  The percentage figures
remain unchanged.

A copy of the revised table is included in the PDF copy which accompanies
this announcement.
